摘要
国企改革高不开金融改革,两者是一个互动过程,需要共同推进、共同发展。但企业与金融到底应该形成怎样的一种关系,需要进一步探讨和经实践进一步修正。企业改革要进行下去,而金融改革更要坚持不懈。长期而言,金融因素是经济生活中最为活跃的因素之一,它的变数最大,要不断地改革才能适应整个的发展格局。因而无论是从目前推动、深化国企改革,还是从长期动态的观点考虑,选择金融作为突破口是正确且明智的。
State-owned enterprise(SOE) reform should be promoted and developed jointly with financial reform because they are interactive.Yet,what kind of relationship between enterprises and financial section should still be further explored and adapted in practice.While SOE reform is being carried on,financial reform should he supplemented with greater efforts. In the long term,financial factor is one of the most active ones in economic life.Due to its frequent and sharp fluctuation,it should be continuously reformed so as to adapt itself to the whole development struc- ture.Thus choosing finance as the break through point is appropriate and reasonable both from the viewpoint of deepening of SOE reform and of dynamics of the long-term development.
