摘要
加强对被害人权益的保障是一种趋势。被害人的诉讼地位提高到了当事人的地位 ,其诉讼权利也相应地增加了 ,对于扩大了的诉讼权利需要公、检、法等机关的切实保障才能得以有效实现。检察机关通过行使监督职权 ,履行告知、通知义务 ,履行保障被害人及其亲属的安全、保密义务 ,以及为被害人行使诉讼权利提供便利等方式来保障被害人的权益。
It is a tendency to strengthen the victim's rights and interests, The victim's lawsuit status has been raised to that of the party, then his lawsuit rights have been added correspondingly. It needs ensuring conscientiously from the public security organ, the procuratoricl organ, the law court and so on, only to realize effectively for the added lawsuit rights. The procuratorial organ ensures the victim's rights and interests, by exercising the authority to supervise, by performing the duty to inform or notify, by ensuring the safety of the victim and his relatives, and performing the duty to keep their secret, and by offering convenience for the victim to exercise lawsuit rights, etc.The author investigates the procuratorial organ ensuring the victim's rights and interests in criminal proceedings from practice, and thinks that rationally accordingly.
