摘要
21世纪是人类依靠知识创新的世纪 ,世界将进入知识经济时代。知识经济具有以“知识”为基础 ,以“科技”为核心 ,以“创新”为动力的特征 ,决定了我国高等教育未来的发展趋势 ,同时对我国高等教育带来了机遇和挑战。适应知识经济时代的要求 ,加快我国高等教育的发展 ,是提高我国高等教育的国际竞争力 。
The 21st century is the new one for human being to rely on knowledge innovation and the world will enter the age of knowledge economy.The knowledge economy takes “knowledge” as foundation,regards “science and technology” as core and “innovation” as motivation,which decide the developing tendency of the higher educations future and meanwhile bring opportunity and challenge for higher education.To adapt to reguirement of the age of knowledge economy and to speed up development of higher education are the efficient approach to raise international competitive power of higher education and to develop social economy.
