摘要
研究了明胶与丁二酸酐的酰化反应 ,揭示出酸酐用量、明胶浓度、反应体系 pH值、反应时间、反应温度对氨基取代度的影响规律以及明胶丁二酰化的合适条件。
In this paper the preparation of succinylated gelatin was studied.The influences of the amount of succinic anhydride,the concentration of gelatin,pH values,as well as the time of reaction ,on substitution degree of the amino groups of the gelatin were investigated.On the basis of these researches,the appropriate reaction condition was found.
