摘要
目的探讨MACC1在胃癌中的表达及其与血管形成的关系。方法用免疫组织化学(S-P法)检测45例胃癌组织及癌旁组织中MACC1的表达以及胃癌组织的微血管密度(MVD),并分析MACC1的表达与胃癌患者临床病理指标和MCD的关系。结果胃癌组织中MACC1高表达;MACC1的表达与胃癌的大小、TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),MACC1的表达还与MVD相关(P<0.05)。结论 MACC1在胃癌组织中高表达并与胃癌血管形成相关,其可能在胃癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of MACC1 and its relationship with angiogensis in gastric carcinoma. Methods Expressions of MACC1 and CD34-stained microvessel density( MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical assay in gastric carcinoma tissues,adjacent tissues from 45 cases. The correlations between MACC1 expressions and clinic pathological parameters as well as MVD were analyzed. Results The positive MACC1 expressions in gastric carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues( P < 0. 05). They were related to tumor size,TNM stage,histological differentiation,depth of invasion and lymphatic metastasis( P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between MACC1 expressions and MVD. Conclusions MACC1 is specifically over-expressed in gastric carcinoma and may be involved in the angiogenesis and plays an important role in the initiation and progression of gastric carcinoma.
