摘要
POEMS综合征是一种临床罕见的克隆性浆细胞疾病,目前对于其发病机制缺少详细深入的理解,但近年来促血管生成因子及促炎症因子逐渐成为该病病因机制的研究热点。POEMS综合征的诊断基于一系列复杂的临床和实验室特征,没有任何一项单独的检查能够确立POEMS综合征的诊断。一旦确诊,应进行积极的治疗,目前自体外周干细胞移植正成为POEMS综合征治疗的一线选择。现就POEMS综合征的病因、临床表现及诊断标准、治疗方案等方面的研究进展予以综述。
POEMS syndrome is a rare clonal plasma cell disease,which lacks detailed understanding of its pathogenesis. Both pro-angiogenic and pro-inflammatory cytokines have become the focus of research on the pathogenesis of POEMS syndrome over the past years.Diagnosis of the POEMS syndrome relies on a complex series of clinical and laboratory features. Once diagnosed,active treatment should be conducted,Lately the autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation has become the first-line treatment. In this paper a review was made focusing on the pathogenesis,clinical feature,diagnosis and treatment of POEMS syndrome.
