摘要
目的通过对安徽某大型医院综合医改前后收入和成本进行对比分析,研究此次医改的实际效果,以期为医改后续改革提供数据支持。方法对某医院2015年4月至2016年3月门诊住院各项收入成本构成比进行同比分析。结果报告期门诊、住院药品收入占总收入构成比分别从51.48%、39.60%下降至44.43%、31.51%。报告期人员经费占主营业成本构成比,从19.71%上升至26.05%。结论安徽省某医院在实行综合医改后减轻了患者药品费用支出的同时增加医护人员收入,实现了双赢的效果。
Objective To study the actual effect of the medical reform through making the comparative analysis of revenues and costs of a large hospital in Anhui province before and after the reform,so as to provide data support for the further medical reform. Methods The comparative analysis of the cost income ratio of the outpatient department of a hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 was carried out.Results The pharmaceutical revenues ratio of inpatient and outpatient declined from 51. 48%,39. 60% to 44. 43%,31. 51%. And personnel expenses accounted for the main business cost structure increased from 19. 71% to 26. 05% during the reporting period. Conclusion The hospital of Anhui province has reduced the drug costs of patients and increased the staff income after the implementation of comprehensive medical reform,which actually achieves a double-win effect.
