维生素D与糖尿病肾病 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病是以糖代谢紊乱为主要表现的临床综合征,是由环境因素和遗传因素共同作用所致。长期的高血糖状态可引起多个器官的慢性并发症,其中糖尿病肾病是最严重的并发症之一,目前尚无有效的预防和干预手段,有必要通过研究寻找新的防治方法。近年来研究[1]表明维生素D缺乏是慢性肾脏病的重要特征,具有激素活性的维生素D3亦显示出具有肾脏保护作用。本文将对维生素D与维生素D受体(vitamin drecep-
