表皮生长因子和转化生长因子在子宫内膜息肉的表达 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨表皮生长因子(EGF)和转化生长因子(TGF)与子宫内膜息肉的关系。方法对我院2012年1月至2014年1月收治的70例子宫内膜息肉患者的内膜息肉及正常内膜组织内转化生长因子及表皮生长因子的表达进行测定。结果在息肉组织腺体及间质上表达,表皮生长因子、转化生长因子的表达明显高于周围内膜,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),转化生长因子在息肉组织腺体与间质上的表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论表皮生长因子和转化生长因子的表达与子宫内膜息肉的发生有着直接影响。 Objective To evaluate the role of epidermal growth factor and transforming growth factor in the expression of endometri-al polyps. Methods Seventy patients with intrauterine membrane polyps in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were recruited, and the pathological expression of epidermal growth factor and transforming growth factors were determined. Results The expression of epi-dermal growth factor and transforming growth factor in glands and stroma in polyps group was significantly higher than that in the surrounding lining, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05);the expression of transforming growth factor in glands and stroma in polyp group had no statistically significant difference (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of epidermal growth factor and transforming growth factor has direct impact on endometrial polyps.
