女性2型糖尿病患者血清谷氨酰转肽酶水平与心血管危险因素的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between serum gamma glutamyl transpeptidase levels and multiple cardiovascular risk factors in female patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的探讨女性初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平与多种心血管危险因素之间的相关性。方法 160例女性初诊T2DM患者按GGT四分位数分组。比较各组间体质量指数(BMI)、血压、血脂、尿酸(UA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血糖、胰岛素等生化指标。结果 GGT水平不同时,BMI、收缩压(SBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、CRP、稳态胰岛素评估模型胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GGT与SBP、TG、CRP、HOMA-IR、UA呈正相关;TG和CRP是GGT的独立危险因素。结论女性T2DM患者血清GGT与多种心血管危险因素相关,提示其对糖尿病心血管并发症可能有预示作用。 Objective To explore the correlation between serum gamma glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)levels and multiple cardiovas-cular risk factors in female patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 1 60 female patients with newly diagnosed T2DMwere assigned into four groups according to quartiles of GGT.Their body mass index(BMI),blood pressure,serum lip-id,uric acid (UA),C-reactive protein(CRP),glucose,insulin and other biochemical indicator were measured and compared.Results BMI, systolic blood pressure (SBP),triglyceride (TG),CRP,homeostasis model of insulin resistance insulin (HOMA-IR)levels had significant difference in different GGT groups(P<0.05);GGT and systolic blood pressure (SBP),TG,CRP,HOMA-IR,UA were positively correlated;high levels of TG and CRP were independent risk factors of GGT.Conclusion Serum GGT is associated with multiple cardiovascular risk factors in female patients with T2DM,suggesting that there is an indicative effect on cardiovascular complications of diabetes.
