摘要
目的:分析研究手术室护理不良事件发生的原因和防范措施。方法:选取某医院手术室完成的部分手术3152台次中护理不良事件的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果:不良事件发生主要为低年资和护龄短的护士,高年资主管护师没有;时间为11:01~15:00、18:01~23:00和23:01~8:00,其中18:01~23:00所占比例最大;发生因素以相关知识和技术不足的比例最高,其次为器械准备不充分,术中观察不够以及器械敷料没彻底清点。结论:有效识别手术室护理中存在的相关风险因素,实施相对应处理措施,可以预防不良事件发生和提高整体护理水平。
Objective:To study the causes of the operating room nursing adverse events and preventive measures. Selection methods:3152 were part of The operating room to complete the operation, the configuration of the nurse 20, each annual average 52.53 were completed, the relevant data of the nursing adverse events were retrospectively analyzed.Results: the adverse events are mainly low qualification and short age of nurses, high qualification nursein-charge no; Time for 11:01~15:00, 18:01~23:00 and 23:01~8:00, including 18:01 p.m.to llp.m.est proportion biggest; Occurrence factors with the highest proportion of less relevant knowledge and technology next to prepare adequately for the instrument, the intraoperative observation is not enough and equipment not counting of dressings.Conclusion: the effective identification of related risk factors existing in the operating room nursing, corresponding treatment measures, can prevent the adverse events, and improve the level of holistic nursing.
