摘要
目的:观察张杰经验方疏肝解郁方治疗产后抑郁症的疗效。方法:40例确诊为产后抑郁症患者口服疏肝解郁方,于治疗后第7d、14d、28d运用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,以减分率为依据进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后第14d、28d的HAMD评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但两者之间无显著差异(P>0.05);第14d、28d的有效率分别为42.5%、70.0%,2组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁方对产后抑郁症有显著的治疗作用。
Objective: To observed the effect of professor Zhang Jie's experienced prescription Shugan Jieyu prescription in the treatment of postnatal depression. Methods: Shugan Jieyu prescription was used in 40 patients diagnosed with postpartum depression.The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) score was used in the 7th,14 th and 28 th day and the reduced rate was used to evaluate the treatment effect. Results: After treatment, the HAMD score of 14 d and 28 d decreased compared with before treatment(P <0.05), but no significant difference between themselves(P> 0.05); The total efficiency was 42.5% and 70.0% of 14 d and 28 d. Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu prescription have a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of postnatal depression.
