摘要
针对人工取纸产生的低质量及低效率等问题,提出了一种自动取纸机的设计方案。利用吸盘吸取纸张,丝杠副与蜗轮蜗杆机构调整高度,结合旋转平台与直线导轨将纸张移至纸架上。利用SolidWorks中simulation有限元进行结构强度验证,结果表明此方案设计合理。此设计无需人工参与取纸,效率高且有效地提高了经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of low quality and low efficiency caused by manual paper taking,a design scheme of automatic paper taking machine is proposed.The design uses suction cup to absorb paper,combined with rotating platform and linear guide rail to move paper to the paper rack.Simulation finite element simulation in SolidWorks is used to verify the structural strength,and the results show that the design of the simulation scheme is reasonable.This design with no need of manual participation to take paper has high efficiency and effectively improved the economic benefits.
