电接触电阻加热切削

A Method for Metal—Cutting Under Heating by Electro—Contact Resistance

摘要 本文扼要地介绍了电接触电阻加热切削的原理,方案及其优缺点。分析了它的主要工艺参数及其影响。通过电接触电阻加热切削和熨压试验,证明这一新工艺新方法能有效地改善唯加工材料的可加工性,如以 YT15与硬质合金刀具作加热切削低镍、铬合金冷硬铸铁时,切削轻快,不易震动,表面光洁度普遍提高1级左右,且刀具耐用度提高约12倍。可有效地用于淬火钢的光整加工,如9CrSi(HRC50~55)经加热熨压,光洁度从▽5提高到▽8,甚至提高到▽9,为光整加工开辟了一个崭新的领域。还有着加工平面、齿面,花键、螺纹等不同表面的潜在可能性,是一种有着广泛前途的加工方法之一。最后指出研究是初步的,应进一步研究它的使用范围、工艺参数和切削机理,只有这样才能更准确、更科学地解释各有关现象和指导生产。 This paper presents a method for metal-cutting under heating by electro- contact resistance on it's principle,executing scheme and features explained. Main technical parameters and their influences have been analysed. Through experiments,Verify that the method can effectively inprove the machinability of hard-machined materials.For instence in cutting low allo nichel-chrome chilled cast iron with yT15 tungest carbide tool,the process performs with lightness,smoothly almost without chatter,the finishing generally raised about one grade and durability of tool about 12 times asmany as the ordinary.By corresponding tests the method is proved to bealso an advantageous application to the surface finishing for hardened-steel. As an example,9CrSi (HRC50~55)steel afteer heating-ironing-rolling,the finishing is advanced from ▽5 to ▽8,even up to ▽9.Thus for the surface finishing a brand-new area can be developed Furthermore it is possible that the mathod may be introduced into machining plan,gear-footh,spline,thread, etc,which will be a process of wide prospects. This is only the prinary report of the study.Some further researches on the application region,technical parameters and cutting mechauism should be- made in order to abtain more aceurate and scientific interpretations for varie ous concerned phensmena and to guide production.
