摘要
唐山氯碱变电站一、二期综合自动化控制系统不同时间组建,两个系统不能兼容,为了提高效率,便于管理,通过改造将两个控制系统合并为一个统一的系统。根据变电站综合自动化系统的组网不同方式,建立站控层、通信层、设备层之间的智能通信。通过对变电站原两个独立系统的改造,重新整合组成一个统一的站控平台,便于运行人员在控制室内对变电站电气设备实现远程监控的功能。改造后的系统在站控层统一使用了以太网通信方式,使得数据的传输更加稳定可靠,提高了变电站控制系统的稳定性。
The comprehensive automation control systems of the first and second phase of the Tangshan chlor-alkali substation were built at different times, the two systems were not compatible. In order to improve efficiency and facilitate management,the two control systems are merged into a unified system. According to the different networking modes of substation automation systems, intelligent communication between the station control layer, communication layer and device layer is established. Through the transformation of the original two independent systems of the substation, a unified station control platform is formed, which is convenient for operators to monitor the substation electrical equipment in the control room. The modified system uses Ethernet communication mode at the station control layer to make the data transmission more stable and reliable, and improves the stability of substation control system.
