摘要
随着皖电东送工程的实施,安徽电网向华东电网输出电力规模将进一步扩大,电网之间的联系也更加紧密,确保电网调度安全,提升电网抗灾减灾能力,增强调度功能冗余备用和数据安全,有效预防电网系统稳定破坏已成为一个重要的研究课题,针对池州地区调控中心主、备调控一体化技术支持系统的建设应用情况进行分析与探讨,并针对可能遇到的安全风险问题提出可行解决方案。
Along with the implementation of sending power from Anhui to east,the scale of output power from Anhui power grid to the east China power grid will be further expand,the connection between the power grid is also more closely,ensuring the security of the power grid scheduling,ascension grid disaster mitigation capacity,strengthen the function of scheduling the redundant backup and data security,the effective prevention of power system stability has become an important research topic,aiming at the master,standby control integration technology support system in Chizhou control center,the construction of the application situation are analysis and discussion,and put forward the feasible solution for possible security risks.
