铃木氏果蝇田间种群对6种常用杀虫剂敏感性测定 被引量:8

摘要 以在果树上广泛应用的6种杀虫剂为供试药剂,采用胃毒触杀联合毒力测定方法测定了铃木氏果蝇实验室种群及山东济南、泰安、莱芜、烟台、云南富民和浙江温州等6个地区田间种群成虫对这几种药剂的敏感性。毒力测定结果表明,吡虫啉和阿维菌素的相对毒力低于甲维盐、多杀霉素、印楝素、高效氯氟氰菊酯。除莱芜种群对印楝素LC50抗性倍数为3.28,敏感性较低外,其它种群对几种药剂均处于敏感阶段。 Using 6 kinds of pesticides that are widely used in fruit tree management as the test agents , the susceptibility of Drosophila suzukii laboratory population and 6 field populations inside and outside the re-gion of Shandong Province to agents were measured using stomach -tag combined with toxicity test method . The results showed that the relative toxicities of imidacloprid and avermectin were lower than those of emamec -tin benzoate , spinosad , azadirachtin and cyhalothrin .Except that the LC 50 resistance ratio of Drosophila su-zukii population from Laiwu to azadirachtin was 3.28, which showed low sensitivity , the other populations were all sensitive to the 6 kinds of pesticides .
