摘要
据微分几何理论中曲面上点的分类法将被加工曲面分成椭圆、双曲和抛物 3类区域 ,并根据各类区域的法曲率的特征给出了球面铣刀、端面铣刀等刀具的参数选择以及用各种刀具切削不同区域的曲面时相应的步长和行距的定量分析相关的数学模型 ,最后用实例验证了本文所供方法和模型的可行性与可靠性。
According to the theory of differential geometry,the surfaces to be machined are divided into three kinds of regions,i.e.elliptic region,hyperbolic region and parabolic region.The parameters of ball end cutter and flat end cutter are deduced based on the feature of normal curvature of different regions.The correlative mathematical models of the step length and path intervals of different milling cutters in the NC machining of different regions are also proposed.An example is put forward to verify the reliability of the method and models.
