摘要
目的 观察异体角膜缘联合保存人羊膜移植治疗烧伤后角膜新生血管性浑浊的效果。方法 对 1 2例 1 5眼烧伤后半年以上 ,眼部行亲属角膜缘组织联合保存人羊膜移植 ,其中 3例 4眼行单纯病灶切除术 ,9例 1 1眼联合板层角膜移植术。结果 全部病例术后 2～4周 ,新生上皮覆盖眼表面 ,1年后眼表面上皮稳定 ,角膜透明或半透明 ,睑球粘连解除。术后矫正视力≥ 0 0 5。结论 双眼严重表面损伤 ,采用亲属的角膜缘组织联合保存人羊膜移植可有效提高眼表重建术的成功率 。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined limbal and amniotic membrance transplatation in treatment of cornea neovascularication result from burn.Methods 12 cases(15 eyes) who were burned six months ago were selected,in them 3cases (4 eyes) were only cut off the wound,9 cases (11 eyes) were treated with combined limbal tissue and amniotic membrance transplatation.Results All eyes haled within 2～4 weeks,and steady after one year.The cornea were transparent or semi-transparent,symblepharon were gotten rid of.Corrected visual acuity in all eyes were≥0.05.Conclusion The combined livingd limbal tissue and ammiotic membrance transplatation can effectly improve the rate of reconstruction in serious ocular surface wound.The operation would be worthy to spread.
