摘要
针对高等学校科技管理工作的特点,提出建立符合高层次科技人才成长的人事制度;建立以科学研究为主的研究生培养制度;建立良好的学术环境及树立尊重科学、尊重人才、尊重知识的良好风气等对策。
Basd on the characteristics of scien ce and technology management in high school,this paper brings forward some effective countermeasures,such as establish personnel sy stem for rhigh -level science and ten ch-nology person with ability,postgra duate education system mainly on science researches,better academias a nd better ethoses on science-respecti ng,person -respecting,knowledage-respecting etc.
