摘要
目的 研究肝细胞线粒体与周围内质网的结构关系。方法 制作大鼠肝组织连续超薄切片 ,通过电镜观察线粒体与其周围内质网的结构关系 ,重建其三维模型并进行体视学分析。结果 连续切片和三维模型的观察显示 :大多数线粒体周围既有RER ,又有小囊泡状的SER ;少数线粒体则仅有小囊泡状的SER。这些内质网与线粒体紧密相贴 ,其间隙小于 30nm ,间隙内没有任何细胞器。体视学分析显示 :肝细胞内有 2 6%的RER和 32 %SER贴附在线粒体的周围。结论 肝细胞线粒体通常在内质网包绕下执行生理功能 ,二者是结构和功能紧密联系的整体。
Objective To study a structural association between mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum (rough endoplasmic reticulum, RER and smooth endoplasmic reticulum, SER). Methods Three-dimensional models of mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum in rat liver cells were reconstructed by serial ultrathin sections. And volume densities of mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and other organelles in the liver cells were measured on the EM photographs. Results ich seemed at place to form a cap around the mitochondria. There are very smaller spaces (<30nm) without any organelles between the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum. The sterological analysis showed that 32%SER and 26% of RER (volume density) were directly associated with mitochondria. Conclusion They often were binded with endoplasmic reticulum (SER and RER) when mitochondria took action in liver cells. Mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum are a unity of structure and function.
