摘要
应用图像分析手段对胃肠道 31例非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤 (NHL)进行了细胞核形态定量研究。结果显示 :Kiel分类低度恶性组与高度恶性组的核形态定量的主要参数 (核面积、核等效直径、核最长径和形状因子 )均有高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;WF分类低度恶性组、中度恶性组与高度恶性组之间的核形态定量参数比较 ,大多数参数有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5)。研究表明 ,核形态定量分析与形态分类在胃肠道NHL的恶性程度的评判上基本吻合。
Morphometric parameters of cell nuclei were measured by means of an automatic image analysis system in 31 cases gastrointestinal Non-Hodking's lymphoma. The results showed that major morphometric parameters of cell nuclei (area, mean diameter, maximal diameter, shape factor) were significantly different between low-grade malignant group and high-grade malignant group of Kiel classification (p<0.01). Among low-grade, middle-grade and high-grade group in WF classification, those parameters of cell nuclei were compared: most of parameters were significantly different (p<0.01or p<0.05).The study indicates that both morphometry of cell nuclei and morphologic classification are almost correspondency to evaluate the malignant grade of gastrointestinal Non-Hodking's lymphoma.
