摘要
取正常发情青年母猪 16头 ,其中 8头在发情开始后 2 0 h肌注 L RH - A30 .2μg/ kg,结果明显提高了母猪的排卵数和排卵率 ,分别比不作任何处理的 8头对照组母猪增加 6 .12个排卵数和 2 8.5 6个百分点的排卵率。另取 38头母猪 ,随机分成 4组 ,分别在发情配种前 6~ 8h肌注 L RH- A30 .2μg/ kg( 组 )、在发情配种后 2 d肌注孕酮 6 0 mg( 组 )或 L RH- A3与孕酮重复处理 ( 组 ) ,结果表明 ,L RH- A3可提高母猪的受胎率 ,明显提高产仔数 ,而孕酮处理组 ( 组 )与对照组 (不作任何处理 )比较无明显差异。经血清孕酮检测发现 ,L RH- A3可显著提高怀孕早期母猪的血清孕酮水平 ,怀孕后 10、2 0 d,分别比未用 L RH- A3处理的母猪平均高出 7.10 7、8.80 3μg/
An experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of injection with LRH A 3(an analogue of gonadotrophin releasing hormone) and/or progesterone on ovulation and conception rate in sows.The results showed that injection with LRH A 3 6 8 hours prior to breeding could significantly increase the numbers by 6 12 and the rate of ovulation by 28 56 percent over the control.Treatment with LRH A 3 in normal estrus sows prior to and post breeding could improve conception rate and increase the litter size while treatment with progesterone had no significant effect as compared to the control.Analysis of serum progesterone level showed that treatment with LRH A 3 could significantly increase the serum progesterone level in the pregnant sows by 7 107 μg/L higher at the 10th day and 8 803 μg/L higher at the 20th day of gestation than the control,respectively.
