摘要
中日技术合作油菜籽生产技术开发项目在湖北省建立了现场实证调查观测点 ,对双低油菜主产县 (市 )的生产现状及特点进行了调查研究 ,分析了双低油菜的丰产性能及品质性状 。
Sino-Japanese (JICA) technical cooperation project of Hubei rapeseed quality improvement started in 2000. The project goal is to promote the improvement of quality and cultivation techniques of rapeseed in Hubei province. Four observation sites were selected. Sino-Japanese experts jointly investigated double-low rapeseed production, rapeseed characteristics and high-yielding cultivation techniques. Rapeseed quality were determined in China and Japan that sample from 4 obervation sites.
