摘要
目的 减少、控制医院性感染。方法 15个品种148份一次性使用医疗用品为1999~2000年2a间的正常监测样品,经需厌氧及霉菌检测,对检出阳性样品再进行涂片、染色、镜检及细菌鉴定。结果 148份一次性使用医疗用品检出合格率为91.89%(136/148)。其中,一次性使用输液器检出合格率为88.23%(30/34);一次性使用手术包检出合格率为87.50%(35/40);其他品种检出合格率为95.94%(71/74)。结论 加强一次性使用医疗用品生产环境的规范化管理,控制初始染菌量。严加管理灭菌环节。
[Objective] To decrease and control hospital infection. [Methods] 148 samples from 15 types of disposable medical instruments were collected 1999 - 2000, and were detected by anaerobe and fungus. Smear, stain, microscope and bacteria were applied to detect positive samples among them again. [Results] Among 148 disposable medical instruments, 91.89% were qualified (136/148) . The qualification rate of disposable infusion instruments was 88 .23% (30/34); disposable aseptic packs 87.50% , other instruments 95 .94% (71/74) . [Conclusion] Standard management on the environment of producing disposable medical instruments should be strengthened.
