摘要
鉴于超声珩磨技术在孔及缸套类零件加工中重要的应用前景 ,文章利用大型有限元分析软件AN SYS建立了超声珩磨声振子系统在加工中的力学模型 ,分析了其加工机理 ,并且利用该模型及AN SYS中的参数化设计语言APDL对超声珩磨声振子系统进行了优化设计。实际应用证明 :该优化设计方法大大缩短超声珩磨声振子系统的设计周期 ,降低设计成本 ,可大大促进超声珩磨技术的推广应用。
s:In view of the application prospect of ultra-sonic lapping technology in processing holes and cylinder liners, the text sets up a mechanical model of ultra-sonic lapping system of sound vibrator for machining by using large FEA software ANSYS, and analyses its machining principle; meanwhile, it has an optimized design for ultra-sonic lapping system of sound vibrator by using the model and parameterization design language APDL of ANSYS. The practical application proves that, the way of optimized design has greatly shortened the design cycle of ultra-sonic lapping system of sound vibrator, reduced the design cost, and it can greatly promote the wide application of ultrasonic lapping technology.
