摘要
针对当前高层建筑设计中存在的“低技术、高能耗”问题 ,在分析生态建筑技术策略的基础上 ,界定了生态高技建筑的概念 ,并提出了生态高技高层建筑的主要特征 。
According to the 'low technology and high cost ' existed high-rise building design at present and based on the analysis of technological strategy of ecological building the definition of ecological high-technological building is introduced. At the same time the characteristics of ecological high-technological high-rise building are proposed. The ecological high-technology is the development direction of high-rise building in the future.
