摘要
污水处理厂厂址方案优选是一个复杂、有约束的多目标决策问题 ,在考虑污水处理费用这一决定性因素的基础上 ,运用线性规划、图论和动态规划相结合的最小费用法优选出几个满意方案 ,然后结合专家的经验知识为环保部门的决策提供科学依据 .最后通过计算实例 。
The choice of the site of plant is a complex and restricted multiple objective decision making problem. It begins with the main factor for sewage disposal expenditure, and then integrates synthetically linear programming, dynamic programming and graph theory to select the best from the feasible alternatives and then experience of experts is considered to provide scientific decision for management. Finally a case study is given to show the practicability of the proposed method.
