摘要
用 DSC法研究了间规聚丙烯 (s- PP)的非等温结晶动力学 ,并以 Борохоьский方程进行非等温结晶数据处理 ,确定了动力学结晶能力 (Gc)。结果表明 ,冷却速率 (a)在 1.2 5~ 2 0 (- K/ min)范围内 ,s- PP非等温结晶过程中 t0 .5和 tmax均随 a增加成指数下降 ,二者关系为 t0 .5=1.10 2 a0 .0 12 tmax。非等温结晶过程中有二次结晶发生 ,结晶前、后期成核与生长机理有明显差别。结晶初期成核机理受 a影响较大 ,结晶后期则基本上为二维条带和圆形生长 ,后期结晶速率大于前期。 s- PP非等温结晶活化能为 137.3k J/
The nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of syndiotactic polypropylene (s PP) has been investigated by DSC. The method of Борохоьский for nonisothermal crystallization was applied to analysis the DSC data. The kinetic crystallizability ( G c) has been determined based on Ziabicki theory. The results indicated that the nucleation mechanism of earlier and later stage is different. Cooling rate greatly influences the mechanism of earlier stage, but the fact that n values of later stage are between 2.2 and 3.1 suggests that the crystallization of this stage is two dimnsion circular growing. Energy of non isothermal determined by Kissinger equation is 137.3 kJ/mol.
