摘要
目的 :探讨中药组方对小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞周期蛋白D1的表达及肺癌细胞转移的影响。方法 :复制小鼠lewis肺癌 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测中药组方对肿瘤细胞cyclinD1的表达 ,记数小鼠肺组织内肿瘤转移结节数量等数据。结果 :生理盐水组cyclinD1阳性表达率与中药组方组和替加氟组有显著性差异 ,而后两组差异无显著性 ;中药组和替加氟组转移瘤结节数量显著少于生理盐水组。结论 :中药组方能有效降低小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞cyclinD1的表达 。
Ojbective: To study the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound (TCMC) on the expression of CyclinD 1 of Lewis lung carcinoma and metastasis of lung carcinoma in mice. Methods: Mouse models with Lewis's lung carcinoma were duplicated. Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect the effect of TCMC, Tegafur and normal saline on the expression of cyclinD 1 in carcinoma cells in various groups. The number of tumor metastatic foci in the lung surface was counted. Results: By comparison with the control group with normal saline, the positive rate of cyclinD 1 in either of TCMC group and Tegafur was significantly lower (P<0.01); but there was no significant difference between the TCMC group and Tegafur group. The number of tumor metastasis focus in the lung surface of the TCMC and Tegafur group was remarkably lower than that in the normal saline group; the TCMC group has higher number of tumor metastasis focus in the lung surface than that in Tegfur group, but with no significant difference. Conclusion: The TCMC was effective in inhibiting the expression of cyclinD 1 and the metastasis of carcinoma cells.
