摘要
目的 探讨Kartagener综合征的CT特征。方法 报道Kartagener综合征6例,男性3例,女性3例,年龄12-50岁,平均20岁,全部病例均行胸部CT平担、HRCT扫描及副鼻窦横断、冠状CT扫描。并对CT表现进行了回顾性分析。结果 CT显示6例病人的胸腔及腹腔内脏完全转位,并伴有支气管扩张症(6例均表现为柱状支扩,其中1例伴有囊状支扩及肺不张)。全部病例均可见上颌窦炎,其中2例合并筛窦炎。结论 Kartagener综合征是一种罕见病,该症特征性的CT表现为:内脏转位、支气管扩张及副鼻窦炎。
Objective To explore the CT features of Kartagener' s Syndrome. Methods Six patients with Kartagener' s syndrome (male 3cases,female 3cases,aging from 12- 50 years old .average 20 years old)were examined by thoracic conventioal CT scan and high resolution CT (HRCT)at the same time. Accessory sinusal axial CT and coronal CT scan were respectvely done. All CT findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT images of all patients with Kartagener' s Syndrome showed visceral inversion of thoracic and abdominal organs. Cylindrical bronchiectasis were seen in all patients and one of them was accompanied with saccularbronchiectasis and lung atelectasis. Maxillary sinusitis were found in all 6 cases^ cases of them were accompanied with ethmoid sinusitis.Conclusion Kartagener s syndrome is a rare disease.lt has the characteristic CT features such as visceral inversion, Bronchiectasis and accessory sinusitis.
