摘要
目的 观察中药加微波对慢性前列腺炎的疗效。方法 治疗组 4 9例 ,用清瘀热、利湿浊、补肾阴、通络脉中药加微波治疗 ,对照组口服美满霉素治疗 ,30天判定疗效。结果 治疗组治愈率 6 1.2 % ,总有效率 91.5 % ,对照组治愈率2 7.3% ,总有效率 6 9.7%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,2组相比P <0 .0 1,对淋球菌等 3种病原体的阴转率也明显高于对照组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 清瘀热、利湿浊、补肾阴、通络脉中药加微波治疗慢性前列腺炎有较好的疗效 。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the treatment of chronic prostatitis with Chinese drugs combined with microwave therapy.METHOD The 49 patients in the treatment group were treated with Chinese drugs for clearing heat, dampness and turbidity, reinforcing the kidney yin and removing obstruction in the channels combined with microwave therapy, and the patients in the control group were treated with minocycline. The patients in both groups were treated for 30 days before the therapeutic effect was evaluated.RESULT The cure rate and the total effective rate obtained in the treatment group were 61.2% and 91.5% respectively, while these figures in the control group were 27.3% and 69.7% ( P <0.01). The rate of negative transformation of three kinds of pathogens including gonococcus was also markedly higher in the treatment group than in the control group ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION Chinese drugs for clearing heat, dampness and turbidity, reinforcing the kidney yin and removing obstruction in the channels combined with microwave therapy are quite effective for chronic prostatitis. This method also has satisfactory effect in inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms.
