角竹埋鞭繁殖技术试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文对角竹埋鞭育苗中的鞭段长度、竹鞭年龄、吲哚乙酸处理竹鞭与角竹的成活率、成竹生长状况的关系进行了研究。结果表明:60cm和40cm鞭段的成活率、新竹地径、高度与20cm鞭段比较均具有极显著差异,而60cm、40cm之间无显著差异。3年以上鞭龄的成活率比1、2年鞭龄的极显著地降低。不同浓度的吲哚乙酸处理对新竹高度、新竹数、新鞭长度和鲜重有极显著影响,而对新竹地径无显著影响。在角竹埋鞭育苗中,选取40cm长的1~2年生鞭段,并用200ppm吲哚乙酸浸鞭处理,育苗效果最佳。 The paper has studied the relations among different lenghth and ages of rhi-zome, treetments with different density indoleacetic acid and survival percent, the state ofbamboo seedlings growth. The result showed: There are remarkable difference among 60cm, 40 cm and 20 cm lenghth of rhizome in survival percent, ground diameter and height ofnew bamboo seedlings, but there are not remarkable difference between 60 cm and 40 cm leng-hth rhizome. Survival percent of rhizome over 2 years old decreases outstandlingly than 1and 2 years old. There are remarkable effect in height, number, lenghth and fresh weight ofnew bamboo seedlings among the treetments with different density indoleacetic acid, but thereare not in ground diameter. It is best that selected 40 cm length of rhizome at 1-year and 2-year, then treeted with 200 ppm indoleacetic acid in rhizome raiseing seedlings cf Phyllosta-chys fimbriligula.
