摘要
现代教育技术是运用现代教育理论和现代信息技术，通过教与学的过程和教与学资源的设计、开发、利用、评价和管理，以实现教学最优化的理论和实践．现代教育技术的发展，给传统教学带来了很大影响，使教师、学生、教学内容、教学过程等方面发生了诸多变化，同时由于它在教学中的应用，促进了教学改革，也加快了教育现代化的步伐．
The modern educational technology applys the modem educahonal theory and modern informational technology to accomplish the teaching and the best theory and practice by teaching and learning's process and its resources' design, exploitation, ultilization, evaluation and management, The development of medem educational technology brings about great influence on the conventional teaching. It makes a lot charges on teachers, students,teaching contents, teaching processes and so on. Meanwhile, because of the apply in the teaching, it promptes the teaching reform and speeds up the educational modembation.
