厚朴离体叶片衰老过程的生理生化测定 被引量:8

摘要 随着厚朴叶片离体衰老时间的延长,蛋白质,叶绿素含量明显下降,质膜透性增加。与自由基代谢有关的超氧物歧化酶活性在叶片衰老过程中不断下降,表明自由基代谢失调引起的膜脂过氧化的加剧是厚朴叶片衰老的重要原因之一。高温加速厚朴叶片的衰老进程,而营养液则延缓了厚朴叶片的衰老。 With the senescence of isolated officinal magnolia leaves, chlorophyll content and protein content decreased obviously, and the permeability of plasma membrane increased and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) related to free radicals metabolism decreased rapidly. The peroxi- dation of plasma membrane, which caused by free radicals is an important factor of officinal magnolia leaves senescence. The results showed that high temperature accelerated leaf senescence and nutrient solution retarded the course of leaf senesoence.
