摘要
新经济时代 ,企业以知识为主导资源 ,人力资源的开发与管理成为企业的核心职能。本文阐述 :“培训型”是新经济时代企业人力资源开发的新模式 ;“柔性化”是新经济时代人力资源管理的新特征。
In a new economic era enterprises regard dnowledge as the key resource,and the development and management of human resource become the core function of enterprises.The article hereby elaborates that 'Training-style' is a new mode of the development of human resource in a new economic era,and 'Flexibility' is the new characteristic of management of human resource in a new economic era.
