摘要
DNA改组技术是目前蛋白质、酶和单克隆抗体等体外定向进化的高效方法。综述了DNA改组技术的发展及其应用 ,在提高酶活性、蛋白质产量和改善蛋白质 (酶 )的性能等方面具有广泛的应用前景。
Recently DNA Shuffling has been developed to one of the most effective methods for evolutions of protein, enzyme and monoclonical antibody in vitro, etc. Its development and applications were reviewed in this paper. The application fields mainly include:(1) increasing the specific activity of enzyme and the yield of protein ,and (2) improving the functions of protein (enzyme).\;
