摘要
金塘水道南岸西口建有中石化镇海炼化公司算山码头区和北仑港电厂两大工程 ,其中镇海炼化公司共建有 2 5万 t、5万 t级及其它码头 5个 ,最东侧为 2 5万 t级原油码头 ,与北仑港电厂取排水口毗邻。此码头东侧距电厂取水口 1 3 0 m,而电厂排水口位于该码头侧后方约 860 m。电厂采用明渠排水方式 ,排水通道会在低潮位时直冲码头工作平台。 1 998年曾发生 2 5万 t级船舶系泊作业时断缆使船舶产生漂移的险情。研究断缆导致船舶产生漂移的原因的同时 ,并提出了对策措施以确保船舶安全系泊作业。
On the south bank of the Jintang Channel,there are two important coastal engineering,the Beilun Port Power Plant and the soil wharfs(No 1~No 5)of Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company Limited.No 1 soil wharf,a docking capacity of 250 000 dwt,is only 130 m away from the drainage mouth of the Beilun Port Power Plant.The inlet mouth is 860 m away from the back of No 1 soil wharf.It is found that water from the drainage mouth will impact the workbench of No 1 wharf when the tide is ebbing.In 1998,when a ship with the capacity of 25 000 dwt was mooring,the cable was broken.So,in this paper,the reason for the excursion of the ship is studied based on the simulation of current,and the solutions to the problem are also mentioned in order to ensure safe mooring
