摘要
本文介绍了2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)封闭前的性质,着重讨论了TDI与丙三醇加成、己内酰胺封端的反应原理、反应条件及制备固化剂的工艺。并对封闭后的粗品纯化、产品质量分析做了研究。
Characteristics of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI)before the reaction is described. A detail discussion about the reaction process, reaction conditions of the addition reaction between TDI and glycerol and blocked by caprolactum is given in this paper. A process for manufacturing curing agent is proposed. A research on the purification and quantity analysis of the products after blocked,has been made.
