摘要
以乙腈和硫酸的混合溶液为流动相 ,梯度淋洗 ,阳离子交换分离 ,直流安培检测 ,一次进样分离 2 ,6 甲苯二胺 ( 2 ,6 TDA)、2 ,4 甲苯二胺 ( 2 ,4 TDA)、苯胺、邻甲苯胺、联苯胺、对氯苯胺、4 ,4′ 二氨基二苯甲烷 ( 4 ,4′ DADPM)、间硝基苯胺、甲萘胺等 9种苯胺类化合物。方法对 2 ,6 TDA、2 ,4 TDA、苯胺、邻甲苯胺、联苯胺、对氯苯胺、4 ,4′ DADPM、间硝基苯胺、甲萘胺的检测限分别为 3.4 6、7.2 5、4 .99、7.4 3、2 1 2 1、1 6 .3、2 .6 0、2 0 1 .4 7和2 2 6 0 μg L。
Simultaneous determination of 2,4-, 2,6-toluenediamine (2,4- and 2,6-TDA), aniline, o-toluidine, benzidine, p-chloroaniline, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane (4,4'-DADPM), m-nitroaniline and 1-naphthlamine by ion chromatography with direct current-amperometric detection is described. The DC-amperometry detection, was fixed in voltage of 0.80 V. The CG12 (2mm) and CS12 (2mm) column used for separation, 5% CH3CN+35 mmol/L H2SO4 (0.5 min) to 27% CH3CN and 35 mmol/l H2SO4 (35 min) were were used as gradient eluent with flow rate of 0.25 mL/min. The detection limits of 2, 6- and 2, 4-TDA, aniline, o-toluidine, benzidine, p-chloroaniline, 4,4'-DADPM, m-nitroaniline and 1-naphthlamine are 46 mug/L, 7.25 mug/L, 4.99 mug/L, 7.43 mug/L L, 21.21 mug/L, 16.3 mug/L, 2.60 mug/L, 201.47 mug/L, 22.60 mug/L (S/N=3), respectively. Experiment results show that linear relationship and repeatability are good. The method has been used to determine benzidine, p-chloroaniline and 1-naphthlamine in waste water. The results are satisfactory.
