新型固体超强酸催化剂的制备与裂解性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用浸渍法 ,将活性超强酸 SO2 - 4 /Zr O2 引入 Si- MCM- 41介孔分子筛 ,得到一种新型的固体超强酸催化剂 SO2 - 4 /Zr O2 /Si- MCM- 41,其 p Ka值可达 - 12 .7.酸度分布曲线表明强酸中心数量远低于弱酸中心 .XRD结果显示 ,Si- MCM- 41骨架部分塌陷 ,但保留了主要骨架结构 .采用 Py- IR法 ,测定 SO2 - 4 /Zr O2 /Si- MCM- 41上酸类型以 L酸为主 .在催化 1,3,5 The active superacid SO+{2-}-4/ZrO-2 component was successfully supported on the surface of Si-MCM-41 mesoporous sieve to form a new SO+{2-}-4/ZrO-2/Si-MCM-41 superacid catalyst with an acid strength of -12.7. The curve of acid intensity distribution showed that the strong acid sites are less than weak acid sites. XRD pattern showed that the mesoporous structure of Si-MCM-41 collapsed partly but keep the main framework. Py-IR were used for this new catalyst to measure the presence of Brnsted and Lewis acid sites, which showed that Lewis acid sites of SO-4+{2-}/ZrO-2/Si-MCM-41 were much stronger than that of Brnsted acid. The results of cracking of 1,3,5-triisopropylbenene elucidated the unique advantages that microporous sieve couldn't possess.
