摘要
利用粉煤灰和过氧化氢联合处理印染废水,初步研究了该方法对印染废水脱色和去除COD的作用机理和影响因素,通过正交试验得出了实际应用的最佳条件:过氧化氢加入量为600mL·m-3,粉煤灰加入量为 5 g,处理时间为50 min。结果表明,该方法对印染废水脱色率达 90%,COD去除率达70%,是一良好的印染废水预处理方法。
The fly ash and H2O2 are applied in treating dyeing wastewater. The mechanisms and influencing factors to remove the color and COD of dyeing wastewater are presented. Optimum conditions for practical industrial processing based on the orthogonal experiments are 600 mL·m-3 of hydrogen peroxide, 5 g fly ash, 50 min detention time. It is proved that the removal rates of chromaticity and COD are be up to 90% and 70% respectively.
