摘要
调查了国内果蔬市场及海南果蔬生产基地的情况。发现,海南果蔬产业存在国内果蔬产品市场日趋饱和,果蔬产品受交通制约,过分依赖季节差,产品多为初级产品等问题;提出加强果蔬加工业发展,以带动海南果蔬产业及整个农业经济发展的对策。
Investigations were made on the domestic fruit and vegetable market and the fruit and veg etable production situation in Hainan.The results showed that the domestic fruit and vegetable market was becoming almost saturated.The fruit and vegetable products from Hainan were mostly crude.Marketing of them was re strained by transportation,and depended extraordinarily on sea son dif ference.Countermeasures against these problems were put forward that fruit and veg etable processing industry should be developed so as to promote the develop ment of fruit and vegetable industry in Hainan.
