摘要
农村税费改革被称为“新中国成立以来 ,继土地改革、家庭承包经营之后 ,农村的第三次革命” ,是一项关系国民经济健康发展和社会稳定的社会变革。本文通过调查研究 ,对其存在的主要问题进行分析 ,提出了相关建议。
Referred to as 'the third rural revolution after the Land Reform and Household Contractual Operation since the founding of the People's Republic of China', rural tax and charge reform is a social change that is of vital importance to the sound development of the national economy and social stability. Through investigation and research, this paper analyzes the main existing problems and puts forward related suggestions.
