摘要
从天然生物材料 (竹、木、贝壳等 )结构出发 ,提出了高韧性复相陶瓷材料仿生结构设计新思路及设计的基本要点 .针对仿贝壳珍珠层结构特征 ,采用轧膜或流延成型工艺 ,成功制备出仿贝壳珍珠层结构特征的Si3 N4 /BN层状陶瓷材料 .通过对该材料的结构参数和几何参数进行优化设计 ,可获得优异的力学性能 :断裂韧性在 2 0~ 2 8MPa·m1/ 2 ,断裂功高于 40 0 0J/m2 ,同时抗弯强度可保持在 5 0 0~ 70 0MPa .并分析了该材料具有高韧性的原因 。
The thought and main points of the design for multiphase ceramics with high toughness were put forward according to the structural feature of nature biomaterials such as bamboo, wood and shell. The roll forming or tape casting were adopted and Si 3N 4/BN laminated ceramics were successfully prepared by mimicking structural feature of pearl layer on shell. The excellent mechanical properties were obtained through optimum microstructure parameter. The fractural toughness is 20~20MPa·m 1/2 and the work of fracture is more than 4000 J/M 2 as well as the bending strength remain from 500~700MPa. The high toughness and toughned mechanism of the biomimetic structure ceramics have reasonably been explained.
