摘要
本文对数字图书馆发展建设中资源建设、自主版权保护、信息安全、读者权利等方面存在和涉及的法律问题进行了探讨 ,并对由此应树立的法制观念作了分析 。
During the development of the d-lib,there are many problems relationed to the law,such as resource construction,independent copyright protect,information safety,reader right etc.In order to resolve these legal problems,we should set up an legal concept.At last,this text talks about the fuction and meaning of the legal concept.
