摘要
建立了可转位球头立铣刀周刃与端刃搭接的数学模型 ,利用该模型可计算出刀刃搭接处附近加工表面的几何形状误差并确定周刃修形的控制参数。提出了减小加工误差的措施 。
The mathematical model of overlapping between the circumferential cutting edge and major cutting edge of the ball nose endmilling cutter with indexable inserts is established, with which the profile errors of cut surface around the overlapping point can be calculated and controllable parameters for the shape modification of circumferential cutting edge can be determined. The measures to reduce the profile errors are proposed and a calculating example is also presented.
