摘要
本文介绍了一种新型微乳切削液的性能、特点及研究应用情况 ,指出了这一类型产品的优越性及发展前景。同时介绍了微乳切削液的制备过程和方法及微乳切削液性能的评定方法和测试、应用结果。众多数据表明本文介绍的微乳化切削液是透明稳定的 ,且具有优良的安贮性、消泡性、防腐性以及防锈性。该产品不仅可用于一般的金属加工 。
