摘要
研究了一些合金元素对铝 硅合金电导率的影响。硅相减少了铝基体的有效导电截面 ;钛细化晶粒 ,增加晶界面积 ,使得电子波散射增加 ;镁、铜、锰等元素固溶于α铝基体中 ,使晶格畸变造成电子散射几率增加 ,这些均降低合金的电导率。而镁、铜、锰、铁、钛等元素单独作为第二相存在时对铝合金电导率的影响将小得多。通过适当调整成分 ,可以将铝 硅合金的电导率提高 5 %~ 8%。
Influence of some alloying elements on the electrical conductivity of Al Si alloys was investigated. Silicon phase reduce the effective area of electrical conduction of aluminum matrix. Ti refines the grain and raise the boundary area of the grain so as to raise the electron wave dispersion. Mg, Cu, Mn etc. elements dissolved in aluminum matrix, making the crystal lattice distortion and leading to the increase of the probability of electron dispersion. All these elements reduce the electrical conductivity while Mg, Cu, Mn, Fe, Ti etc. elements to be formed in individual second phase have relatively slight effect on the electric conductivity of Al alloy. The electrical conductivity can increase by 5%~8% through proper composition adjustment of Al Si alloys.
