摘要
介绍了 6 5Mn钢销轴渗硼工艺并与GCr15钢常规热处理的销轴链条进行 2 0 0h台架磨损对比试验 ,分析了他们的磨损机制和表面形貌 ,结果表明 ,由渗硼销轴与 2 0CrMnMo钢碳氮共渗的套筒组成的铰链摩擦副 ,磨损小。
In this paper the boronizing for 65Mn steel bearing pins and 200 hour simulated comparative test with chains of GCr15 steel bearing pins by normal heat treating were introduced.And the wear mechanism and surface morphology were analysed.The result showed that the hinge friction pair composed with boronized bearing pin and 20CrMnMo steel carbonitrided bush is possesses high wear resistance and long service life.
